Getting The Balance Right (Exercise Blocks)
1. Endurance & Plyometrics
Essentially the hardest part of the session where muscles exert maximum force in as short a time as possible.
2. Strength & Balance
A range of exercises dedicated to developing muscle growth & joint stability. Both are linked to injury prevention.
3. Agility & Co-ordination
A wide range of different foot and movement patterns. Through practice these movements become second nature & the body will be able to respond quickly to various sport specific movement patterns.
3. Abs & Core
Essential to all physical and occupational function. This block focuses on developing strong core muscles & that ever elusive 6 pack.
Instructors provide a low-impact alternative for each move/exercise so the class is accessible to all fitness levels.
