Dig Deep

If you want the result of a toned or ripped body then you got to 'Dig Deep'. Aim for 2-3 sessions per week.

By regularly exercising you'll be less susceptible to illness, increased physical performance & less prone to injury.

Getting The Balance Right (Exercise Blocks)

Essentially the hardest part of the session where muscles exert maximum force in as short a time as possible.

A range of exercises dedicated to developing muscle growth & joint stability. Both are linked to injury prevention.

A wide range of different foot and movement patterns. Through practice these movements become second nature & the body will be able to respond quickly to various sport specific movement patterns.

Essential to all physical and occupational function. This block focuses on developing strong core muscles & that ever elusive 6 pack.

Instructors provide a low-impact alternative for each move/exercise so the class is accessible to all fitness levels.

About INSANITY Fitness

When creating the INSANITY workout, they knew it would produce insane results, but they weren't sure if anyone was brave enough to try it. Turns out... there's a lot of crazy people out there. Crazy enough to actually enjoy doing the world's most insanely tough workout. To like the feeling of being drenched in sweat... of going balls-to-the-wall for a full 50 minutes of muscle-searing exercise. Is INSANITY hard? It really IS the hardest workout ever. It's totally crazy... but it's going to get you crazy-good results.
